There's a new face on Sewall Street in Portland, and he is KW Maine's new Director of Growth, Jesse Davies. Jesse comes from Keller Williams Coastal Realty in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where he was a lead agent for 6 years, selling over 250 homes.
A self-professed "slow learner," Jesse has graduated from the KW BOLD program 13 times, the first time before he was even a real estate agent. Prior to joining Keller Williams, he owned a home inspection franchise as well as a landscaping business and understands what it takes to run a small business.
In his new role as Director of Growth, Jesse is helping top-producing agents at KW Maine and educating other agents about the opportunities at the company. "Stepping into the role as Director of Growth with KW Maine is an exciting endeavor for me. The ability to aid in coaching agents and attracting talent to the KW family is a great honor because of the team I get to work with and the agents whom we will serve! It's like coming home," said Jesse of his new position.
