The Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is drawn from the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic "board of directors" is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their role is to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. They are our business partners who ensure that Keller Williams Realty Maine is the best place for an agent to build their real estate business.

Meetings take place monthly and all agents in the office are encouraged to attend. The following are examples of topics that may be discussed:

Another role of the ALC is to be of assistance to Associates in the office. New agents have a lot of questions, and who better to answer them than experienced, leadership-minded agents? ALC members are actively selling agents who are available to be shadowed by newer agents. There’s no better way to learn than by watching a seasoned professional do what they do best.
