Keller Williams Realty - KWMaine
Welcome to KW Maine - May 2021
Updated: Jun 9, 2021
LOOK WHO JOINED!
KW Maine is pleased to welcome thirteen agents who chose to join Keller Williams Realty in May of 2021. Some of these professionals came from other agencies, ready to grow their business and some came straight from the Maine Sales Agent course, ready to launch their business with the help of our dedicated launch coaching and training programs.
The top reasons agents choose to affiliate with Keller Williams are the culture, the training and the leadership opportunities.
KW Culture, founded on a belief system called the WI4C2TES, is best described as “how agents and leaders at KW agree to treat others.” It is a culture and environment of growth, kindness, productivity and positivity.
At KW Maine, agents can choose to build a solo business or to build or join a team. With Commercial, Luxury, and Land divisions, an agent may specialize in one of those fields, or build a business that incorporates all types of real estate. The possibilities are many.
With a large, dedicated group of experienced coaches and mentors on staff and throughout the company, agents are surrounded by support and always have someone they can call with a question or for help with a business or personal need. The training calendar never stops; there are classes every day - no surprise that Keller Williams was inducted into Training Magazine's Hall of Fame.
Leaders are developed at KW, with agents often being offered opportunities to step into leadership roles on the Associate Leadership Council (appointed for one-year terms), on the Productivity Coaching staff, or on the Executive Leadership team.
The growth happening at KW Maine speaks to the type of agency KW is - one focused on agents, on their businesses, on their growth plans as humans and as real estate agents/business owners. If you don’t know who the owners and leaders are at KW Maine, there is a good reason: at KW it’s not about the owners; it’s about the agents.
True to the Culture, #KWMainers always welcome new agents with open arms.
