OUR HISTORY

Locally owned and operated, and headquartered in Portland, Maine since 2003, Keller Williams Realty Greater Portland continues to surpass all Maine real estate agencies in both transaction count and volume sold.

Four visionary women, Dottie Bowe, Leanne Barschdorf Nichols, Cathy Manchester and Linda Paolino Naylon, brought the KW franchise to Portland in 2003 after learning about KW's mission and models. The company now has branch offices in Kennebunk, Saco, Auburn, Brunswick, Cornish, Damariscotta and Bangor and is licensed also in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut. It remains locally owned.

KW Maine is one of the top five most profitable KW offices in North America. The investors have  shared over $1 million in profit for five consecutive years with the Associates who have helped grow the company to over 500 agents.

Keller Williams Realty offers its Associates unsurpassed career and business training. Educational programs focus on increasing personal productivity, marketing skills, and career development for agents, administrators and leadership. It also offers Command—a proprietary technology platform for Keller Williams Associates and their brokers.
